Fomor

" Known in the northern isles as the "Flying Frog of Death", Fomor's presence provides a "buff" to your monster army. "
Fomor one of the best champions of the game. One of the first 3 Champions to be released. And the only flying champion in the game. We will explore the wonders of this great flying beast from understanding it's AI and how much it is truly valuable to your army.

Unlike any other champion, Fomor can fly but to make it fly it needs to be at least level 3. It has range attack like teratorn and has a buff zone radius. Every monster in its radius will have buff (same effect as putty rage). At maximum level (6.3) Fomor has a 10 block radius and has a buff of 75%. Basically monsters buffed by Fomor, will take 75% less damage, 75% faster and attacks/heals 75% faster. Since Fomor can fly, it's less prone from being attacked but is really vulnerable against an ADT. But do note that it doesn't buffs itself.

More on Fomor's Artificial Intelligence
Unlike other monsters on Backyard Monsters. Fomor has a unique and maybe a sophisticated AI. If Fomor is only alone it will target towers and resource buildings first whichever is nearer but it's targets change when it has monsters with it. When it attacks with anything monsters then it will attack the same buildings as what the monsters are attacking. If looting monsters and tower monsters are flinged at the same time together with Fomor then it will most likely follow the monster which receives the higher damage or nearest to it and there are times when they are close to each other and it gets confused and attacks both.

A Support Champion and it's Worth on Having it in your Army
Again, Unlike any other champion. Fomor is a support champion because it's basically near uselessness if you don't have monsters backing it up. The more monsters with it the stronger your army becomes. If you have a level 6.3 Fomor then you get a buff of 75%. That's basically 5m putty rage. Okay let's do the math, 5m Putty rage only lasts about 30 seconds. An attack lasts around 6 minutes and 30 seconds to a whopping 7 minutes. If you have Fomor on the battle ground with your monsters then basically you save up to 65 million putty to 70 million putty! And it almost doubles your army's power and your chances of succeeding.

Conclusion
In my honest opinion Fomor is a great champion and in the right hands you can level bases with it. It may not be a brute force monster but it gives you the freedom to buff monsters at will for free and saving you millions of putty. If you don't have one. I strongly suggest you to freeze your current Champion and raise a Fomor before raising other champions because it may be the best Champion of Backyard Monsters.
