Korath Troubleshooting - Where Is Korath? Korath's Abilities Disappeared?

This post are for all Korath owners having trouble with the Inferno Champion. If you already have Korath from the first event and its abilities disappeared we have the fixed for that. If you have other problems with Korath then this is the place to be in.






Where Is My Korath?
So you just finished the event and you don't know where you can get your Korath. Just freeze your current champion and open your champion cage. You should see an option there to unlock and raise Korath.

My Korath Lost His Abilities!
So your Korath's abilities disappeared? Here's the fix. Freeze Korath. Then thaw another champion whether it's Gorgo, Fomor or Drull. Then Freeze Gorgo, Fomor, or Drull then thaw Korath. Your Korath should now get its abilities back.

My Korath Is Not In My Champion Cage or It Disappeared!
So you don't have Korath in your champion cage meaning our first method didn't work. Your best bet now is to send a ticket to KIXEYE support here. Make sure to specify the problem. Get your USER ID below the game. It's the numbers below the game when you play BYM.

Before you rant and tell everybody about your problem in the forums. Make sure you take the precautions first which are mainly searching for a fix in the forums and immediately sending a support ticket to KIXEYE.
