Backyard Monsters Leaves Yahoo, Google +, Gaia and more...

Earlier this week we posted something about the Google + version of Backyard Monsters in this post. Now it's finally official and announced by Kixeye in a post by Kixeye Community Manager V2 in this post. In all, Kixeye is removing all BYM versions that has been hosted by Viximo which is a total of 11 social networks. 
Namely;
Bebo, Gaia Online, Google +, IMVU, Orkut, Quepasa, SchuelerVZ, Spielweise, StudiVZ, Tuenti, Yahoo and Zorpia.


BYM will be closing in 7/16/2012. But the good thing is that they're inviting you to play the game on facebook and will be giving you some help if you play on facebook. Just send a support ticket to them. Send your ticket for a compensation and get a headstart on facebook.

If the compensation isn't enough then no fear there are a lot of things to be excited about in the Facebook Backyard Monster. You get an advanced yard planner, Hunt For Krallen, Champion Monsters, Inferno and plenty more that isn't available in the sites above.


If you're wondering, Kongregate will still keep their version of Backyard Monsters and obviously the FB version will stay.


Conclusion
It's sad to leave your bym base but you get compensated. And this will be for the best since almost all BYM players will now be centralize to a single social network. Making all BYM players united.
