Gorgo, Still the Great?

Ever wondered why Kixeye named Gorgo "The Great"?

June 18, 2011, The Champions of Backyard Monsters were released. Gorgo's level 6 stats was by the far the best of the 3 Champions since the bonus feeds we'rent still available at that time. Gorgo used to be the top rated Champion. In fact he was my first champion (Which I later juice after a few months). Having 240,000 hp and 3,300 damage, a level 6 drull standing in his way will be pwned.

The reign of Gorgo stopped at June 29, 2011, after 11 days of the release of the champions when Kixeye showing no mercy to Gorgo, secretly nerfed it. Many on the forums, especially shiny buyers noticed that Gorgo's Hp decreased from 240,000 to 200,000 and also its attack from 3,300 to 3,000. Drull users soon claiming Drull can beat Gorgo on a one on one battle. When "Bonus Feeds" was introduced to Backyard Monster players, Gorgo was given a chance to recover what was taken from him. Giving him 250,000 hp and 3,600 damage, that's 10,00 more health and 300 more damage than his original 6.0 stat, not bad. We did the math and at level 6.3 Wins against Drull on a one on one battle.

Added Facts
- Gorgo is the second most expensive Champion. Only second to Korath.
- Gorgo was supposed to be fed 1 D.A.V.E. and 10 Crabatons but due to many complains of the goo needed, and being one of the longest to feed, it was changed to 20 crabatons.
- Gorgo mean fierce in some language that I forgot what was it.
- Gorgo can withstand triggering all traps, heavy and booby traps without Zafreeti's help. And still leaving him 115,000 hp (level 6.3).

Conclusion
Gorgo is still a moderately good champion. You just need to find a good use for it in your monster army.
